Beskrivelse

Guava and mineral flavours are complimented by fresh white fruit aromas.  The wine also has a fruity and fresh mineral pallet and a silky, tropical aftertaste.

Shale and decomposed rock soils, with drip irrigation delivering a production of 5.5 tons/ha.  Grapes were gently pressed and juice fermented at 13 ºC

This is an unwooded and lighter style wine.
